Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. However, to ensure fairness to all our clients and to maintain a smooth operation, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations:
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without any charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the total service cost.
No Shows:
If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice, a 100% charge of the service cost will be applied.
After two no-shows, we reserve the right to require a deposit for future appointments.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened, or rescheduled depending on availability. If we have to reschedule, a late cancellation fee may apply.
Emergencies:
We understand that emergencies happen. If an emergency prevents you from giving the required notice, please reach out as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your situation on a case-by-case basis.
