Cancellation Policy I totally understand that life happens! To keep things running smoothly and fairly for everyone, here's my simple cancellation policy: 🗓️ Cancellations Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule—no charge at all. If it's less than 24 hours, a 50% fee of your service will apply. 🚫 No-Shows If you miss your appointment without notice, you'll be charged 100% of the service. After two no-shows, I may require a deposit to book future appointments. ⏰ Running Late? If you're more than 15 minutes late, I might need to shorten or reschedule your appointment. A cancellation fee may apply if we can’t proceed. ❤️ Emergencies I get that unexpected things happen. Just reach out as soon as you can—we'll handle it with care.
